Anti-fingerprint
An Anti-Fingerprint coating (AFP) is applied to prevent fingerprints during installation and optimize machine processing. This AFP gives the material a slightly shiny surface that will disappear over time. This AFP comes standard on the Noir and Neo finishes; Nuance can have it added by request.
NedZink Pro-Tec
Pro-Tec is a protective coating added to the zinc backside, protecting the material against the effects of water vapor and other substances.

Zinc for creative applications in traditional and modern architecture
As a natural product zinc can be organically combined with other materials. This increases the creative challenge to incorporate this building material in the high quality aura of both traditional and modern architecture. Taut lines, luxurious roundings, minute details or large gestures: anything is possible with zinc. As a result, the architect is not restricted with the conception of creative zinc applications as a building material in roofs and façades, for exterior and interior design, in homes or utility buildings.
Zinc for roof and facade cladding
Zinc is a durable, maintenance free and aesthetic material that in the course of time develops a unique charm by the progressive patina on roof and facade cladding. The patina layer originates by the natural formation of a zinc carbonate base. By pre-weathering titanium zinc in the production NedZink obtains already from the beginning a uniform surface, ideally for high quality applications. There is a choice between the medium-grey surface of NedZink NEO or the charcoal-like anthracite NedZink NOIR. Both of these colours are obtained from a chemical surface treatment following the rolling process.

NedZink NATUREL (NTZ): is a durable, aesthetic, economical and maintenance-free building material that becomes increasingly attractive over the years under the influence of the weather conditions. It will last forever. NedZink products allow different ways of using zinc.
Environmentally friendly zinc construction products
Zinc substantially helps the preservation of our environment. Moreover, it is an essential natural element for mankind, animals and plants. Thanks to the reduced acidity of rainwater, the already considerable life of construction zinc is becoming increasingly longer. Because zinc is 100% recyclable, the original metal can be used time and time again without losing its properties. This cuts the energy demand over the whole life cycle for reproduction, as well as emission quantities and waste.
AIA Continuing Education
DMI is committed to providing you with high-quality expert-level education in accordance with the AIA/CES standards. The courses we offer are designed to meet the needs of architects and typically run one hour in length. All Attendees will earn 1 Learning Unit. Some of the courses offered will meet the Health, Safety, and Welfare (HSW) requirements as well as the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) credits.

DMI total system warranties protect all aspects of your metal envelope system, whether that be the watertightness of the roof or siding, the Galvalume ® steel, or the durable PVDF KYNAR® finish. When looking at warranties for your system, it is important to note that not all warranties are created equal. DMI warranties ensure the watertightness of all flashing conditions, trims, curbs, valleys, and penetrations. Building owners are protected with a total system warranty - “from the deck up” when using DMI insulation, fasteners, and underlayment. Our warranties are backed-up by a full-service Engineering Department, generating project specific shop drawings. Quality control is monitored by a minimum of two on-site inspections by our Field Technical Inspectors. DMI Total System Warranties give building owners and design professionals confidence that they are receiving the highest quality and most complete warranty available in the industry.
